All photographs, images, videos, 3D virtual tours, and visual content produced by Pavlov Photo LLC are protected by the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and international copyright law.

Sergey Pavlov, the owner and operator of Pavlov Photo LLC, is the sole author and copyright holder of all visual content created during photography sessions, drone shoots, twilight sessions, video productions, and 3D virtual tours conducted by Pavlov Photo LLC.

Ownership of Photographs

What You Receive

When you hire Pavlov Photo LLC, you receive a license to use the photographs - not ownership of the copyright. Pavlov Photo LLC retains full copyright ownership of all images and visual content, regardless of who commissioned the work or who is depicted in the images.

This is standard practice in the professional photography industry and is consistent with the U.S. Copyright Act, which vests copyright in the creator of the work, not the person who paid for it, unless a written "work for hire" agreement specifically states otherwise.

What This Means for You

Your license allows you to use the photographs for the agreed-upon purposes - typically real estate marketing, MLS listings, Zillow, Realtor.com, Airbnb listings, social media, and related promotional materials. You do not need to credit Pavlov Photo LLC for standard real estate marketing use, though we appreciate it when you do.

Standard License Included with Every Session

Every photography package from Pavlov Photo LLC includes a non-exclusive, commercial license that permits the client to:

List photos on MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
Publish photos on Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and similar real estate platforms
Use photos on personal and company real estate websites
Share photos on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Use photos in print marketing materials (brochures, flyers, postcards, signage)
Email photos to clients and prospects
Use photos in digital advertising and paid social media campaigns
Share photos with the property seller or builder

License Limitations

The standard license does not permit:

Reselling or sublicensing the photos to third parties
Selling the photos to stock photo agencies or image libraries
Using the photos for purposes unrelated to the specific property listing
Altering, editing, or digitally manipulating the photos without written consent
Removing or obscuring any watermarks or copyright notices
Claiming ownership or authorship of the photographs

Multiple Agent Use

If a property is listed by more than one agent or brokerage, each agent or brokerage must obtain their own license to use the photographs. The license granted to the original client does not automatically extend to co-listing agents, buyer's agents, or any other party.

Drone & Aerial Photography

All aerial photographs and video footage captured using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) by Pavlov Photo LLC are subject to the same copyright ownership and licensing terms described in this policy. Pavlov Photo LLC holds FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification and complies with all applicable FAA regulations.

Portfolio & Marketing Use

By engaging Pavlov Photo LLC for photography services, the client grants Pavlov Photo LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

Display photographs in our online portfolio at pavlovphoto.com
Use photographs in our social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Use photographs in print and digital marketing materials
Submit photographs to photography competitions and industry publications
Use photographs for educational and training purposes

If you prefer that your property photos not be used in our portfolio or marketing materials, please notify us in writing before the scheduled shoot date. We will honor such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized Use of Our Photographs

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, or commercial use of photographs created by Pavlov Photo LLC is a violation of U.S. copyright law and may result in significant legal and financial consequences.

If you discover unauthorized use of our photographs, please contact us immediately at info@pavlovphoto.com.

Enforcement

Pavlov Photo LLC actively monitors for unauthorized use of our photography. In cases of copyright infringement, we reserve the right to:

Issue a DMCA takedown notice
Seek statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement for willful violations under 17 U.S.C. § 504
Recover attorney's fees and court costs
Pursue all available legal remedies
